What is the difference between hard work and smart work
By - HTC TEAM
Hard Work : Less thinking more work.
Smart Work : More thinking less work.
Suppose I have to take 10 chairs out of the room. So, I can take 1 chair at a time and can make it in 10 rounds and I can also make it in 2 rounds by putting one chair on other and take 5 at a time.
So, 1st one is a hard work and 2nd one is smart work.
Hard working means in short who starting first?
Smart working means who finishing first?

Hard work is working for a work very hard without a plan but trying to achieve success. Smart work is working for a bigger work very simply and within in less strain having a plan in mind at least. I here add a statement to you that I'm a hard worker long back but later realized to be smart than hard.
