Because lot of power outage problem and we have staff problem, due to that issue we can't complete. But if you give another extra 7 days we can give efficient product then you expected.     The project on "Automation System" that was to be delivered on 20th September is yet to be completed. Currently, there are various issues related to database connectivity which is one of the reasons behind late time. As a result there will be an overall delay of 7 days. Apologies for the delay, we would not request for extra money and ensure that this will not recur in future again.

    We feel very regretted for this unexpected delay in completion of this project due to payment processing system as it crashed unexpectedly
    As it was scheduled to be completed on 10th may(friday)
    but It needs 4 days to recover the all lost work but due to the power outage of 3 days from the govt
    we would be able to complete this project by maximum of 7 days,
    we regret the inconvenience caused and promise you that it will not occur again
