ReplyDeleteThis mail is to inform you that since many delayed in submitting the weekly time sheet,the management became strict in that part.From next week onwards time cheet can be accessed online.Failure to submit will lead to loss of pay.You need to submit it every week and do not default expect any remainder.Your time sheet is used to bill client.Because of this,the actual working hours has been extended and will be in practice by friday.The failure to adhere this will lead the company to take strict actions against you.For your sake,time sheet filling application will be available from tomorrow.

The delay has been caused due to unexpected power outage for 3 days. The time required to cope-up overall delay will be 7 days which includes recovery of lost work.

ReplyDeleteI apologize you that there occured a delay to the project because of the Payment processing systm. Eventhough the schedule has been extended till 10th May (Friday), there was an unexpected power outage for the past 3 days. By this the overall delay is about 7 days and this includes the recovery of the lost work because of power outage and I'm in need of an additional time to work on the project. Hence I kindly request you that, this issue will not recur and any instant from now. Forgive my mistake.

ReplyDeleteI am the project leader of a team. Note that the payment processing system remain same as earlier we discuss, but there is a slight change in the schedule. The project will get complete and handover to you till 10th May (Friday). Reasons for the late is an unexpected power outage in the office premises of 3 days, and including an holidays overall delay for project is of 7 days. We will trying to includes recovery of lost work.
I am really sorry it will not occur next time in the future. I hope you appreciate our work.

Request you to extend the deadline from 10th May(friday) to 17th May(Friday) in order to compensate the recovery of lost work. We assure that it will not recur in the future.

ReplyDeleteThe project "Payment Processing System" was scheduled to deliver on 10th May(Friday). However ,due to an unexpected power outage in the offshore for last 3 days , work did not progress as expected. Also, we lost a few of our work as a backup system was not online. Hence we are expecting an overall delay includes recovery of lost work in the delivery of the project maximum of 7 days.We assure that this will not recur in the future.

ReplyDeletethe project biometric system which was ordered by you is going to be completed within 3 days. your payment processing system should be through online. as the scheduled date for delivery is 10th may (friday), due to unexpected power outage in our industry the delivery will be late. the overall delay for delivery will be for 7 days. within these 7 days your project will be completed by including recovery of lost work. appolgies for the delay.
